ဝန်ဆောင်မှု စည်းကမ်းချက်များ
၁။ ဝန်ဆောင်မှု
ZayFlow ဝန်ဆောင်မှုကို JP Mandalar Global LLC က ပေးပါတယ်။
ZayFlow က ဆိုင်တွေအတွက် Messenger၊ Telegram (နဲ့ ခွင့်ပြုချက်ရရင် TikTok) စာ၊ အော်ဒါ၊ လက်ကျန်၊ ပို့ဆောင်ရေးနဲ့ COD ငွေစာရင်း စီမံခန့်ခွဲမှု software ပါ။ Pilot ကာလအတွင်း အခမဲ့ ပေးထားပြီး၊ ဈေးနှုန်း သတ်မှတ်တဲ့အခါ အနည်းဆုံး ရက် ၃၀ ကြိုတင် အကြောင်းကြားပါမယ်။
၂။ အကောင့်
- အကောင့်ဖွင့်သူက ကိုယ့် email နဲ့ password ကို တာဝန်ယူပါ။ Password ကို သူများ မပေးပါနဲ့။
- ဆိုင်ပိုင်ရှင်က ဝန်ထမ်းထည့်ရင် အဲ့ဝန်ထမ်းက ဆိုင်ရဲ့ စာ၊ အော်ဒါ၊ ဝယ်သူအချက်အလက်ကို မြင်ရမယ်ဆိုတာ သိပြီး ထည့်ပါ။ ဖယ်ရှားလိုက်ရင် ချက်ချင်း မမြင်ရတော့ပါ။
- ဆိုင်ပိုင်ရှင်က ချိတ်တဲ့ Facebook Page၊ Telegram Bot နဲ့ TikTok အကောင့်ကို ကိုယ်တိုင် ပိုင်ဆိုင် (သို့) admin လုပ်ခွင့် ရှိရပါမယ်။
၃။ သုံးစွဲသူရဲ့ တာဝန်
- ဝယ်သူတွေကို Meta၊ Telegram နဲ့ TikTok တို့ရဲ့ စည်းကမ်းနဲ့ ဥပဒေနဲ့အညီ ဆက်သွယ်ရပါမယ် — spam မပို့ရ၊ ဝယ်သူ ခွင့်မပြုတဲ့ ကြော်ငြာ မပို့ရ။
- ဝယ်သူရဲ့ အမည်၊ ဖုန်း၊ လိပ်စာကို အော်ဒါပို့ဖို့အတွက်သာ သုံးရပါမယ်။
- တရားမဝင် ပစ္စည်း ရောင်းချရာမှာ ZayFlow ကို အသုံးပြုခွင့် မရှိပါ။
၄။ AI မူကြမ်းများ
AI က ပေးတဲ့ စာပြန်မူကြမ်းနဲ့ အော်ဒါမူကြမ်းက အကြံပြုချက်သာ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ ဈေး၊ ပို့ခ၊ account နံပါတ် မှန်မမှန်ကို ဆိုင်က စစ်ပြီးမှ ပို့/သိမ်းရပါမယ်။ AI မူကြမ်းကြောင့် ဖြစ်တဲ့ အမှားအတွက် ZayFlow က တာဝန် မယူပါ။
၅။ ရရှိနိုင်မှုနဲ့ ဒေတာ
ZayFlow ကို အမြဲ ရရှိနိုင်အောင် ကြိုးစားပေမဲ့ ၁၀၀% အာမ မခံပါ။ ဒေတာကို ပုံမှန် backup လုပ်ပါတယ်။ ဆိုင်က ကိုယ့်ဒေတာကို CSV အဖြစ် အချိန်မရွေး ထုတ်ယူလို့ရပြီး၊ ကိုယ်ရေးအချက်အလက် မူဝါဒ အတိုင်း ဖျက်ခိုင်းလို့ ရပါတယ်။
၆။ ရပ်ဆိုင်းခြင်း
ဒီစည်းကမ်းတွေကို ချိုးဖောက်ရင် (အထူးသဖြင့် spam၊ လိမ်လည်မှု၊ Meta စည်းကမ်း ချိုးဖောက်မှု) အကောင့်ကို သတိပေးပြီး ဒါမှမဟုတ် ချက်ချင်း ရပ်ဆိုင်းနိုင်ပါတယ်။ သုံးစွဲသူကလည်း အချိန်မရွေး အကောင့် ပိတ်ခိုင်းလို့ ရပါတယ်။
၇။ ပြောင်းလဲမှုများ
စည်းကမ်း ပြောင်းရင် ဒီစာမျက်နှာမှာ ရက်စွဲနဲ့ အပ်ဒိတ်လုပ်ပြီး အရေးကြီးရင် email နဲ့ အကြောင်းကြားပါမယ်။ ဆက်သုံးရင် ပြောင်းလဲမှုကို လက်ခံတယ်လို့ သတ်မှတ်ပါတယ်။

ZayFlow is provided by JP Mandalar Global LLC (“we”). ZayFlow provides order-management software for shops selling through Messenger, Telegram and, once TikTok approves it, TikTok. During the pilot it is free; pricing changes will be announced at least 30 days ahead. Account holders are responsible for their credentials and for the staff they add. Shops must use each channel in line with Meta's Platform Terms, Telegram's and TikTok's terms and applicable law, use customer data only to fulfil orders, and must not sell illegal goods. AI drafts are suggestions that staff must check before sending or saving; ZayFlow is not liable for errors in drafts. We aim for high availability without guaranteeing it, back up data regularly, let shops export their data as CSV and delete it on request. Accounts that violate these terms may be suspended or terminated; users may close their account at any time. Changes are posted on this page and significant changes are emailed.
